大学生人文精神培育的有效模式分析

摘　　要：市场经济发展和多元文化思潮涌入导致了人文精神的失落,人文精神的失落也在影响着当代大学生。部分大学生的人文精神教育存在着缺乏坚定理想信念、道德素养弱化、心理健康状况不佳等主要问题。通过反思大学生人文精神教育成效不良的原因,探索以大学生为本,主体参与体悟式这一人文精神培育的新模式,以期大学生人文精神水平得到有效提升。The development of market-oriented economy and the inrush of multi-culture lead to the decline of humanistic spirit which certainly has an impact on college students. The problems of the humanistic education in some college students concentrate on lack of ideals and beliefs, weakening of moral cultivation, poor psychological condition. Starting from the analysis of the reasons for ineffectiveness of the humanistic education in higher learning, this paper explores an empathy humanistic education mode with students as the center in order to elevate their humanistic competence.
