摘 要:在热重分析仪上,以1 000℃预煅烧5 h铜渣为催化剂,在氧气气氛下,进行生物质的催化气化实验。在预煅烧铜渣/生物质(质量比)为0.5~2.5范围内,考察铜渣的催化性能。实验结果表明,在所研究的比例范围内,生物质热解阶段和气化阶段的最大失重速率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在比例为2时都达到最大值。研究表明,铜渣中的铁氧化物在气化过程中被还原为金属Fe和FeO,而生成的FeO与SiO2反应生成Fe2SiO4。在铜渣与生物质混合催化气化反应中,金属Fe从铜渣中的铁氧化物中被还原出来而提供了活性位,表明铜渣因含有易还原的铁元素而具有催化作用。Using copper slag pre-calcined at 1 000℃ for 5 hours as catalyst,the study of catalytic gasification reaction of biomass was carried on in a thermogravimetric analyzer with O2 serving as the gasifying agent.The catalytic activity of pre-calcined copper slag were investigated in the mass ratio of pre-calcined copper slag to biomass ranging from 0.5 to 2.5.The experimental results showed that the values of the DTG peaks for pyrolysis and gasification of biomass first increased and then decreased for the studied range of the mass ratio,and reached the maximum in the ratio 2.The study presents that the iron oxides in copper slag were reduced to metallic iron and FeO during the gasification process.Then Fe2SiO4 was produced by the reaction between FeO and SiO2.It is also revealed that metallic iron was obtained from the iron oxides existed in copper slag and offered the active site during the biomass catalytic gasification reaction.As a result of easy reduction of iron element existed in copper slag,copper slag demonstrats catalytic activity.
