摘　　要：目的　纯化强直性脊柱炎患者外周血单个核细胞表面的HLA B2 7抗原。方法　HLA B2 7单抗 (FD70 5 )亲和层析法。结果　纯化的抗原蛋白经SDS PAGE显示为单一条带 ,经分析其相对分子量为 5 6 40 0。结论　经此法可成功纯化强直性脊柱炎患者外周血单个核细胞HLA B2 7抗原。Objective To purify HLA B27 on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Method Specific affinity column,cyanogen bromide activated sepharose 4B column coupled to anti HLA B27 monoclonal antibodies,was used for HLA B27 purification.Results The purified antigen by this method showed a single band by SDS PAGE,with a molecular mass of 56 400.Conclusion HLA B27 on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with ankylosing spondylitis is successfully purified.
