摘  要:既往因传统中医学缺少对急性缺血性中风病理生理的重视,以致治疗方向不明确,加之对中药作用的靶点网络缺少整体把握,因而治疗效果不理想。"毒损脑络"病机理论从缺血性中风的核心病机入手,为中医药治疗急性缺血性中风指明了方向。中医复杂网络调控观和中药多靶点作用特点与网络药理学的特征相符,因而基于网络药理学对"解毒通络"优效抗缺血性中风方剂的研究,可能为抗缺血性中风药物的研发提供一条全新的思路。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) didn' t highlight the pathology and physiology of acute ischemic stroke in the past, so the treatment orientation was unclear;, additionally, it lacked the grasp of target network for Chinese medicine, as a result, the therapeutic effect was unsatisfactory. The pathogenesis theory, toxin damaging brain collaterals, provided a way for the TCM treatment of acute ischemic stroke by commencing from the core pathogenesis of ischemic stroke. The TCM complex network regulation theory and multiple targets function characteristic of Chinese medicine were consistent with network pharmacology, so the study of effective TCM prescription of removing toxin to dredge collaterals for ischemic stroke based on network pharmacology might provide a new approach on drug development for ischemic stroke.
