摘 要:为研究环丙沙星联合用药对鸡沙门氏菌耐药突变选择窗(MSW)的影响,本研究采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定环丙沙星、阿米卡星、多西环素3种药物单独使用及联合用药对鸡沙门氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、防耐药变异浓度(MPC)和MSW。结果显示,环丙沙星联合阿米卡星和多西环素后鸡沙门氏菌MPC分别降低了8倍和16倍;环丙沙星和16 MIC多西环素联合时,能完全关闭环丙沙星的MSW。本研究表明环丙沙星联合阿米卡星和多西环素能够有效缩小鸡沙门氏菌的MSW,并且联合多西环素能关闭MSW,防止耐药突变株的富集。In the present study, the investigation had focused on whether ciprofloxacin and other antibiotics combination were able to narrow the mutant selection window (MSW) of a single drug group to Salmonella gallinanun. Based on MIC determination of ciprofloxacin, amikacin and doxycycline, the mutant prevention concentration (MPC) of both single and the combined drugs were determined by the method of agar plates dilution to calculate the value of SI (selection index: MPC/MIC). The results showed that combined with amikacin and doxycycline, the MPC of ciprofloxacin was reduced to 8- and 16-fold, respectively. The MSW was closed when ciprofloxacin combined with 16 MIC doxycycline. Compared with single drug, ciprofloxacin combined with these two antibiotics was able to decrease MPC and SI, and combined with doxycycline is the optimal method to effectively restrain the mutants of S.gallinarum.
