摘 要:通过浮选实验、沉降实验、显微镜下观测、吸附量实验、Zeta电位测试和DLVO理论计算,考察羧甲基纤维素(CMC)在蛇纹石/黄铁矿浮选体系中的分散作用,研究羧甲基纤维素的分散作用机理。结果表明:蛇纹石颗粒可通过异相凝聚作用吸附在黄铁矿表面,改变黄铁矿的表面性质,影响黄铁矿的浮选。羧甲基纤维素能够分散蛇纹石与黄铁矿混合矿,恢复黄铁矿的可浮性,羧甲基纤维素取代度越高,相对分子质量越低,作用效果越好。机理研究表明:蛇纹石通过静电作用吸附在黄铁矿表面影响其浮选,羧甲基纤维素能够吸附在蛇纹石表面,改变蛇纹石的表面电性,使蛇纹石与黄铁矿之间相互作用能从吸引变为排斥,从而对二者的混合矿起到分散作用。The dispersion effect of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) on flotation system of serpentine and pyrite and its mechanism were investigated through flotation experiments,sedimentation tests,optical microscope photos,adsorption tests,zeta potential measurements and calculations of DLVO theory.The results show that the hetero-aggregation between serpentine and pyrite results in the attachment of serpentine slimes to pyrite surface and changes the surface characteristics of pyrite,thus decreasing the flotation recovery of pyrite.CMC can increase the flotation recovery of pyrite by promoting dispersion between serpentine and pyrite.The higher the CMC degree of substitution and the lower the CMC molecular weight,the better the dispersion effect.The mechanism studies demonstrate that CMC adjusts the surface potential of serpentine through adsorption on serpentine surface and changes the interaction energy between serpentine and pyrite particles from attractive energy to repulsive energy,and then disperses serpentine and pyrite.
