摘 要:针对四川乐山地区磷矿烧结问题,进行了原矿的化学成分测定、热重(TG)、差示扫描热分析(DSC)以及X线衍射分析(XRD)。在实验室进行烧结杯实验,对烧结矿烧损、成品率、落下强度、转鼓强度、抗磨指数、P2O5含量进行检测以及XRD分析,研究配碳量和酸度对烧结效果的影响以及烧结矿黏结相的物相组成。研究结果表明:磷矿主要物相为氟磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3F)、羟磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3OH)、白云石(CaMgCO3)和石英(SiO2),其中白云石的分解温度区间为620-800℃;烧结矿性能随着配碳量增加先升高后降低,在配碳量为7%时烧结矿性能最好,添加硅石会恶化烧结矿性能。磷矿烧结矿主要物相为氟磷灰石(Ca5(PO4)3F),主要黏结相为钙镁黄长石(Ca2MgSi2O7)或者透辉石(CaMgSi2O6)。The chemical analysis,as well as thermogravimetric,differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis were carried out for phosphorite concentrate to understand the sintering process of phosphorite from Leshan,Sichuan.The sintering experiment was carried out in a laboratory scale.The mass loss,yield,shatter strength,tumble strength,abrasion index,X-ray diffraction analysis and P2O5 content of phosphorite sinter were detected.The effect of carbon dosage and m(SiO2)/m(CaO) on sinter and the main binder phase of sinter were also studied.The result shows that the main phases of phosphorite concentrate are fluorapatite(Ca5(PO4)3F),hydroxylapatite(Ca5(PO4)3OH),dolomite(CaMgCO3) and quartz(SiO2),the temperature decomposition of dolomite is between 620 ℃ and 800 ℃.The results show that the properties of the sinter improve with increase of the carbon dosage up to 7%,and then drop afterwards.The addition of silica is harmful to the properties of the sinter.The best sinter quality is achieved when carbon dosage is 7% and m(SiO2)/m(CaO) is 0.35;the main phase of phosphorite sinter is fluorapatite(Ca5(PO4)3F) while the main binder phase is fuggerite(Ca2MgSi2O7) or diopside(CaMgSi2O6).
