摘　　要：目的探讨钢缆螺钉系统治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法采用钢缆螺钉系统对24例粉碎性髌骨骨折患者进行内固定治疗。结果骨折均获解剖复位。24例均获随访,时间7～16个月。膝关节功能按Ly-sholm评分标准:优21例,良3例。无伤口感染,螺钉及钢缆断裂、松动、滑脱等并发症。3例发生创伤性关节炎,经药物治疗后症状缓解。结论钢缆螺钉系统治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折能够达到解剖复位,并发症少,膝关节功能恢复良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comminuted patella fractures treated with Zimmer cable-ready. Methods A total of 24 patients with comminuted patella fractures were treated by Zimmer cable-ready. Results All fractures were anatomical reduced by operation. All cases were followed up for 7 ~ 16 months. According to Ly- sholm scoring system, 21 patients were rated as excellent, 3 as good. No cases of infection, screw and cable crack, loosening and slip was found. 3 cases had traumatic arthritis, all cases were relieved by pharmacotherapy. Conclusions The application of Zimmer cable-ready to treat comminuted patella fractures has advantages of effective fixation, fewer complication and excellent knee function.
