摘  要:目的研究实时三维超声造影(RT3D-CEUS)对正常兔肾血流灌注成像的特点。方法健康新西兰兔10只,雌雄各半,对两侧肾进行研究。采用团注法经外周静脉推注造影剂,先进行2D-CEUS检查,30 min后再行RT3D-CEUS检查。之后,进行增强CT扫描,并重建肾增强三维图像。对比研究两者检查结果。结果 RT3D-CEUS各期增强特点为:皮质期,肾动脉和肾皮质迅速高增强,通过滤过功能去除皮质增强信息,可清晰、立体显示肾段动脉、叶间动脉和部分弓形动脉;髓质期,肾整体轮廓清晰、逼真;消退期:肾整体增强信息逐渐减弱直至完全消失,肾集合系统无增强。RT3D-CEUS与增强CT三维重建差别主要表现在获得的增强信息量、时相和脏器显示数量方面。结论 RT3D-CEUS可实时显示兔肾立体的血流灌注信息,能为血流灌注异常的肾疾病诊断提供重要参考信息。Objective To study the characteristics of real-time 3D contrast-enhanced ultrasound (RT3D-CEUS) for normal renal perfusion flow in rabbits. Methods Bilateral kidneys of ten normal New Zealand white rabbits, five males and five females, were included. 2D-CEUS was performed after intravenous bonus injection of SonoVue and RT3D-CEUS was performed 30 minutes later. Rabbits then contrast-enhanced CT and 3D reconstruction images of kidneys were acquired in workstation. The results of RT3D-CEUS and contrast-enhanced CT were compared. Results The characteristics of RT3D-CEUS images in different phases were as follow: On cortex phase, the signals of renal artery and cortex enhanced rapidly. The renal segmental, inter-lobar and some arcuate arteries could be showed clearly and stereoscopically by RT3D-CEUS after the enhanced signals of cortex were wiped off. On medullar phase, the renal outline could be seen clearly although the renal inside structure could not be imaged by RT3D-CEUS. On fade away phase, the enhanced signals of renal parenchyma fade away and finally disappeared. The major differences between RT3D-CEUS and enhanced-CT were the enhanced information, phase and the amount of organs" images. Conclusions RT3D-CEUS can display the renal perfusion flow real-timely and stereoscopically, which may provides more informa- tion in studies of disease with renal perfusion flow abnormality.
