市民规划师组织参与城市规划工作的评价探讨

摘　　要：市民规划师组织是建立在代表型民主制度基础上的公众参与城市规划组织。以现代组织绩效考评系统研究和非营利组织研究中对社会组织发展程度研究的相关思路为基础,借鉴相关研究,以参与城市规划工作系统为研究对象,以参与行为为主线,构建市民规划师组织评价系统,围绕组织管理学理论中组织的构成要素,可进一步构建相关评价要素,包括环境水平、结构水平、组织水平和影响力水平。通过对市民规划师组织参与城市规划工作的全面认识,可归纳出改进市民规划师组织的相关方法,进而为市民规划师组织参与城市规划工作的长期评估与优化提升提供参考。With modem organizational performance evaluation system and non-profit organization in the study of research associated with the degree of social organization development train of thought, on the basis of reference to related research, to participate in urban planning system as the research object, to participate in ACTS as the main line, to build citizen planner group evaluation system, constitute elements around the organization management theory in the organization, can further build related evaluation factors, including environmental level, structure level, organization level and influence.
