摘　　要：中小企业是深圳经济活力和自主创新的源动力,由此而形成的中小企业总部经济集聚效应日趋明显,如何合理引导中小企业总部经济有序发展成为规划研究的重要课题。研究在剖析中小企业总部空间需求和规划供给相互关系的基础上,揭示供需之间存在的结构性和功能性矛盾;通过空间综合评价,识别中小企业总部适宜发展地区,以此为空间底图,从产业链、行业分类和开发时序三个视角提出中小企业总部经济规划指引。Small and medium enterprises are the origin of Shenzhen economic vitality and creative spirit. Their headquarters create a distinctive agglomeration economy effect. The paper analyzes spatial demand and supply of small and medium enterprise head- quarters, indicates the structural and functional contradictions, selects suitable districts, and makes small and medium headquarter economic development plans from industrial chain, industrial types, and development phases.
