保健院实行优质高效低耗综合目标责任制管理的探讨

摘　　要：在学习广东省清远市人民医院推行的现代医院管理方式——优质高效低耗综合目标管理方式的基础上 ,珠海市妇幼保健院结合自身的实际与特点 ,移植并改进了这一管理方式 ,制定出一套适合保健院工作的优质高效低耗综合目标责任制管理方式。经过 4年的工作实践证明 ,实行优质高效低耗综合目标责任制管理全面提高了保健院的工作质量 ,取得了显著效果。On the basis of studying the modernize hospital management pattern——the synthetic goal management system of personal responsibility in high quality, high efficiency and low consumption of Qingyuan city people's hospital, MCH hospital of Zhuhai city improves and transplants this management pattern, they lay down the new management way of target system of personal responsibility in high quality, high efficiency and low consumption, which is fit for the job and trait of MCH hospital of Zhuhai city. Their practice for 4 years have proved, carrying out the synthetic goal management system of personal responsibility in high quality, high efficiency and low consumption has raised the wok quality of this MCH hospital.
