摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用综合性行为干预措施增加降压药物的效果。方法 :在降压药物基础上 ,增加行为干预措施以及生物反馈技术各 2个月 ,观察综合性行为干预措施后 ,降压和情绪障碍治疗的效果。结果 :增加行为干预措施后 ,降压和情绪障碍矫正的效果比单用药物改善 ,增加生物反馈后疗效进一步增加。结论 :综合性物为干预措施增加降压药物的疗效 。Objective:To study effect of comprehensive behavioral intervention on increasing the drug function that reduces blood pressure.Methods:With both behavioral intervention and biofeedback technique meanwhile using drug reducing blood pressure.Effects on abnormal mood and reducing blood pressure induced by comprehensive behavioral intervention were observed.Results:Effects of reducing blood pressure and abnormal mood were significantly improved after using behavioral intervention than treatment only with drug,the effects were increased further when treating with biofeedback technique.Conclusion:Comprehensive behavioral intervention significantly increase the effect of reducing blood pressure drug and improve the abnormal mood Author′s address The Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Second Medical University,Shanghai,200011
