冠心病患者心肌重量和血清PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA水平的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清 型前胶原 (PC- )、 型胶原 ( - C)、透明质酸 (HA)及层粘连蛋白 (L N)与冠心病患者心肌重量的关系及临床意义。方法 :本组冠心病患者 5 0例 ,分为心绞痛 (AP)组 2 0例 ,非心绞痛组 16例 ,陈旧性心肌梗塞 (OMI)组 8例 ,缺血性心肌病 (IC)组 6例 ,采用放射免疫法测定 PC- 、 - C、 HA、 L N。结果 :IC组、OMI组、 AP组心肌重显著重于正常组 (P分别 <0 .0 1、 <0 .0 1、 0 .0 5 ) ;PC- 、 - C水平显著高于正常组 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1) ;HA水平在前二组显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;L N水平在 IC组显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :本组结果表明 ,PC- 、 - C、HA、 L N与心肌肥厚有密切关系 。Objective:To study the clinical significance of detection of serum concentrations of human type\|Ⅲ precollagen(PC\|Ⅲ),type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ\|C),hyaluronic acid(HA) and laminin(LN) in patients with CHD.Methods:The levels of PC\|Ⅲ,Ⅳ\|C,HA,LN in 50 patients with CHD were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:In Ischemic cardiomyopathy (IC) group,OMI group,angina pectoris(AP) group,left ventricular mass were increase significantly when compared with normal group( P <0 01,<0 01,<0 05 respectively),the level of PC\|Ⅲ were increased( P <0 01,<0 01,<0 05);the level of Ⅳ\|C increased( P <0 01,<0 05,<0 01).The level of HA increased in IC and OMI group.The level of LN increased in IC group.Conclusion:Detection of serum concentrations of PC\|Ⅲ,Ⅳ\|C,HA is helpful for understanding cardiac fibrosis and prognosis of CHD.
