摘  要:以葎草中黄酮类成分提取率为判定提取工艺指标,以分光光度法测定其含量,探讨提取方法、提取溶剂、提取时间3因素3水平正交实验法研究从葎草中提取黄酮类成分的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件的主次顺序为提取工艺>提取溶剂>提取时间。另外,葎草中不同部位总黄酮含量的大小顺序依次为花>叶>茎。Extracting process of total flavones from humulus scandens is studied. The extraction rate of fla- vonoids is used to evaluate the value standard and the content of flavonoids is determined by ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry. The optimum extraction process is selected with the orthogonal design of three factors and three levels. The extraction method, extraction solvent and extraction time are the 3 factors that would affect the extraction rate of flavonoids. The results revealed that the effects of all factors on extrac- tion rate from bid to small in order is extraction method 〉 extracting solution 〉 extraction time. In addi- tion, the total content of flavonoids in different part of humulus scandens from bid to small in order was flower 〉 leaf 〉 stem.
