摘 要:位于中东地区的伊朗雅达油田是中石化在海外的重点作业区块,其下部Fahliyan地层属于灰岩地层,高低压共存,裸眼段长,在该地层小井眼钻井过程中经常发生压差卡钻,严重的影响了钻井进度。为了解决这个问题,文章在对地层特性、压力特性详细分析的基础上,针对引起压差卡钻的原因进行了逐项分析,采用了非渗透钻井液技术来隔离压差,采用润滑剂来降低黏附性,采用固控技术来减少黏附面积,同时优化钻井工艺。整体配套技术在现场实施后效果明显,后面的13口井没有一口发生压差,同时四开钻井周期缩短50.8%,取得了良好的技术和经济效益。In the Middle East,the lower Fahliyan formation of Iran Yada oilfield belongs to the limestone formation,high and low pressure coexistence,bare hole is long,the differential pressure sticking occurs frequently during the slim hole drilling,the drilling progress was influenced.In order to solve this problem,the reasons of differential pressure sticking were analyzed based on the formation characteristics and pressure features,the Non-permeation drilling fluid technology was used to isolate pressure difference,using the lubricant reduced the adhesiveness of drilling fluid,adopting solid control technology reduced the adhesion area,at the same time,drilling technology was optimized.The formed pressure differential sticking control technology was used successfully in 13 wells,and four-spudding well cycle was shortened 50.8%,the good technique and economic benefit has be obtained.
