摘 要:控压钻井技术是近年来发展起来的一项解决复杂钻井问题的重要技术,节流管汇中节流阀是控制井口回压关键部件,传统研究节流阀压降特性线性关系方法是通过改进节流阀阀芯结构。文章利用现有节流管汇,采用并联节流阀新方法,运用计算流体力学并结合一元线性回归分析方法,研究并联节流阀压降特性线性关系,得出并联管汇节流线性度均比单节流阀节流的线性度高,并联节流管汇中副节流阀开度调至15%时,整体线性度比单个节流阀提高了23.1%。Managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology is an important technique to solve complex drilling problems,throttle is one of the key components in the choke manifold that control well backpressure.The traditional research method on the linear relationship of throttle pressure drop characteristics was improving the throttle valve core structure.The linear relationship of the parallel throttle valve pressure drop characteristics was researched by using CFD and linear regression analysis method,a conclusion was obtained that linearity of parallel choke manifold was higher than one of single throttle valve,the jaw opening of auxiliary valve in the parallel choke manifold moved to the 15%,the integer linearity was enhanced 23.1% than that of a single throttle valve.
