摘 要:常规胍胶压裂液存在现场施工过程中摩阻高,残渣含量高对储层伤害严重,压裂后增产效果较差等问题,并针对南翼山浅油藏区块储层低渗透、自然产能低下等特点,提出了一种GRF新型清洁压裂液体系,该压裂液体系具有良好黏弹性和降滤失性,以及具有无残渣、低伤害、低摩阻等特性,现场试验应用表明,能够完全满足南翼山浅油藏压裂改造的需求,且体系成本较低,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。Conventional guar gum fracturing fluid has some problems,for example,high friction and high content of residuum,which can cause serious damage to reservoir,and the increasing production after fracturing is very poor.According to the characteristics of low permeability and low natural capacity in Nanyishang oilfield,a new clean fracturing fluid system GRF was developed,the fracturing fluid system has some advantages,such as good viscoelasticity and fluid loss property,low damage,low friction etc.Field application showed that GRF could completely satisfy the demand of the fracturing in Nanyishang oilfield shallow reservoir,and the cost of this system was low,it has good popularization value and application prospect.
