摘 要:目的 观察灯盏细辛对白斑癌变过程中血管生成影响的形态特征 ,为阐明该药抗癌变机理提供实验依据。材料和方法 DMBA诱导金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变。用灯盏细辛流浸膏稀释液干预。经心分别灌注明胶墨汁和树脂预聚液 ,取颊囊标本分别作常规切片染色后图像处理和碱腐标本处理。得灯盏细辛组、模型组和空白对照组的血管截面积比值、血管密度值等数据以及颊囊微血管树脂铸形标本 ,作观察对比。结果 灯盏细辛组和模型组的血管截面积比值和血管密度值均显著高于空白对照组。此两组间 P>0 .0 5。微血管树脂标本比较显示灯盏细辛组的血管扩张和增生与模型组有明显的形态特征差异 ,而与空白对照组相似。结论 灯盏细辛有扩张血管和促进微血管增生作用 ,但形态结构良好。此“活血化瘀”作用可能是该药抗癌变基础之一。WT5”BZ]Object To observe the morphic character of angiogenesis affected by erigeron breviscapus (Vant) Hand Mazz (HEr) during the evolution of leukoplakia carcinogenesis. To offer warranty to clarify the mechanism that HEr obstructs the carcinoma. Method The leukoplakia carcinogenesis model of golden hamster cheek pouch induced by DMBA is applied to this study. Carcinogenesis is obstructed by HEr.Prepared chinese ink and resin are injected respectively to heart of the animals.Specimens of cheek pouch are dealt with histological technique,video image digital analysis method, or are eroded with basic solution. Vessel areas rate, vessel density and resin vascular cast of HEr group, model group and blank group are got. Results are compared. Result vessel areas rate and vessel density of HEr and model group are significant higher than those of blank group( P >0.05).In resin vascular cast, the morphic character of vascular expansion and multipication of HEr group is apparently different from model group,is similar with blank group. Conclusion HEr can expand the vessels and can also promote the angiogenesis whose conformation is normal. The function of correcting the congestion is probably one of the mechanism that HEr obstructs the carcinogenesis. [WT5”HZ]
