摘 要:针对煤粉工业锅炉炉内喷生石灰的脱硫技术进行研究,并对不同钙硫比、不同炉膛温度的脱硫效率进行比较。结果表明:炉膛温度和钙硫比是影响炉内脱硫效率的2个主要因素;通过控制合适的炉膛温度以及钙硫比,可使炉内喷钙的脱硫效率达到58.9%左右;对某煤粉工业锅炉正常运行的蒸汽厂进行物料衡算,验证了炉内添加一定比例生石灰可脱硫的实验结论。This paper studied the desulphurization technology of spraying quicklime into the pulvenzeO coal moustnal boxier aalu compared the desulfurization efficiency under different calcium-to-sulfur ratios and different furnace temperatures. The results showed that: the furnace temperature and the calcium-to-sulfur ratio were two of the main factors which affected the desulfurization efficiency of the furnace; through controlling the furnace temperature and the calcium-to-sulfur ratio, the desulfurization efficiency inside furnace could reach around 58.9% ; moreover, through the material balance under the normal operation of one pulverized coal industry boiler in a steam plant, it was proved that adding a certain proportion of quicklime could be helpful to desulfurization.
