摘　　要：加强商品煤质量管理,是全面贯彻落实"节约资源、保护环境"基本国策的必然要求,是防治我国雾霾污染源的关键,是煤炭产业可持续发展的重要措施。建议国家煤炭产业管理、商务流通、质量监管和环境保护等有关部门,采取切实可行措施,加强对商品煤质量管理。Reinforce the quality management of commercial coal is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively implementing the saving resources and protecting the environment basic national policy of China. It is the key point for preventing the haze pollution sources in our country and an important measure for sustainable development of the coal industry. Hence, we recom- mended the national departments of Coal industry, Business circulation, Quality control and Environmental protection take practi- cal measures to strengthen the quality management of commercial coal.
