摘  要:深筒式消力井属于管道出口消能方式的一种,适用于高水头、小流量的工况,其消能效率直接关系着输水管道工程的安全以及消能工程造价。为了研究深筒式消力井的消能效率,结合新疆克拉玛依"林纸一体化"工程中消力井原型,对方形深筒式消力井的消能效率进行了较系统的水力学模型试验研究,验证了深筒式消力井的消能效果。试验发现,深筒式消力井的消能率随流量的增大而增大,但当流量增大到一定程度时,消能率不再发生变化,而是趋近于某一恒定值。Vertical stilling well is served as an energy dissipator for pressure pipeline outlet under the high head and small discharge conditions.Its efficiency of energy dissipation is directly related to the safety of the water pipeline and the engineering cost.In order to study the efficiency of energy dissipation in vertical stilling well,combining with the prototype of the "forest paper integration" project in Karamay,an experiment of the efficiency of energy dissipation in square vertical stilling well had been performed.Through the theoretical analysis and data processing,the paper verified the vertical stilling well’s effect of energy dissipation,and found that efficiency of energy dissipation increased with the flow’s increase in vertical stilling well.However,when flow increases to a certain degree,the efficiency of energy dissipation is no longer changes and tends to a certain value.
