摘 要:新疆有十余座混凝土面板堆石坝采用了分离式混凝土防渗面板。分离式混凝土防渗面板打破了传统连续式防渗面板的结构布置,在变形缝的止水设计上,取消了传统的金属止水和橡胶止水带,将多道止水改为一道设置在缝口的表面止水,使变形伸缩缝的止水结构大为简化,方便了面板和趾板混凝土的施工,且易于修补,提高了防渗面板的柔性和适应坝体变形的能力。与连续式防渗面板相比,更具有突出的经济效益,大量节约钢材和能源,是一种值得推广的堆石坝防渗结构。It have been more than ten concrete face rockfill dams with a separate concrete face slab in the Xinjiang.The separate impervious concrete face slab has breached the structure arrangement of the traditional continuous impervious face slab.It canceled traditional metal waterseal and rubber waterseal in the deformation joint waterseal design,and the multi-strips of waterseal have changed to the simple one strip of waterseal in the surface of the joints,so that the deformed joint waterseal structure has greatly simplified to facilitate the construction of the concrete face slab and toe slab,and easy to repair,improve concrete face slab ability to adapt to dam deformation.Comparing with the continuous impervious concrete face slab,it has more prominent economic benefits,and considerable savings of steel and energy,is a worthy of popularizing anti-seepage structure for rockfill dam.
