摘　　要：为了实现依靠科学技术手段来提高继电保护整定计算的安全性,开发了一种继电保护定值审核专家系统。介绍继电保护定值审核专家系统在原理级计算审核专家库、定值校核专家库和定值单流转中的定值审核专家库3个层次中实现定值计算和定值校验审核的原理和过程。在整定计算软件和定值管理系统中的上线应用表明,该系统能有效检查出并提示保护定值取值中容易疏漏或需要重点关注的各种问题,帮助排除安全隐患,提高整定计算安全性,提高了工作效率,有很强的针对性和较高的实用价值。For realizing improvement of safety of relay protection setting calculation by using scientific and technological method, this paper introduces a kind of expert database system for relay protection setting value examination and verifica- tion. It introduces realizing principles and process of the expert database system in three hierarchies including expert data- base system for principle calculation examination and verification, expert database system for setting value check and expert database system for setting value examination and verification in singl~ flow of setting value. Online application in setting calculation software and setting value management system shows that this system is able to effectively find out and point out various problems that are easy to be ignored and needed to be concerned in protection setting value. In addition, it indicates this system is helpful to exclude potential safety hazard, improve safety of setting calculation and promote work efficiency which is provided with advantages of strong pertinence and high practical value.
