摘　　要：沿海湛江生物质发电锅炉的空气预热器管发生了严重的低温腐蚀问题。为了研究失效机理,对空气预热器管进行宏观检查,收集锅炉受热面积灰和腐蚀管段的样品并进行元素分析,采用经典理论公式获得烟气酸露点。此外,讨论了易潮解盐(如CaCl2)所造成的空气预热器管腐蚀机理(即潮解腐蚀)。最后,列出了生物质电厂空气预热器管低温腐蚀的一些预防措施。Severe low-temperature corrosion is happening to the air pre-heater of coastal Zhanjiang biomass boiler. For stud- ying failure mechanism, this paper introduces macro examination for the air pre-heat tube. After collecting deposition on the heating area of the boiler and sample of the corrosive tube, it conducts elemental analysis and acquires acid dew point of gas by using classical theoretical equation. In addition, it discusses corrosion mechanism caused by deliquescent salt such as CaCI2. And finally it proposes some preventive measures for preventing low-temperature corrosion of air pre-heater.
