摘　　要：从仓储合同的管理出发,分析仓储业务的流程及当事人的权利及义务.物流企业在实际的操作中需理顺关系,建立规范的流程,制定规范的制度,执行规范的操作,促进企业健康发展.In this paper, the author has, starting from the management of warehousing contract, analyzed the process of warehousing business, the rights and duties of the person concerned, and pointed out that logistics enterprises should deal well with all the relations in real operations, set up standard process and system, follow standard operation process to promote enterprises healthy development.
