摘　　要：票据流通主要是通过票据转让实现的,我国票据法规定背书是票据转让的唯一方式。科学的认定背书是否连续对于正确认定持票人的票据权利具有十分重要的意义。本文从票据背书连续的概念出发,分析背书连续的认定规则及其相关问题和背书连续性的效力问题。Circulation is achieved through transferring negotiable instrument. In our country negotiable instruments＇ leg- islation admits endorsement is the only way to transfer negotiable instruments. How to identify the uninterrupted series of endorsements scientifically has important practical significance to identify the right of the negotiable instruments＇ holders. This article starts from the concept of uninterrupted series of endorsements. Then it will analyze the decision rules of unin- terrupted series of endorsements and some problems about these. Furthermore, this article will set forth the efficacy of un- interrupted series of endorsements.
