农民工公共文化服务问题研究:以苏州市为例

摘　　要：通过问卷调查并对调查结果进行SPSS统计分析,发现目前苏州市农民工的公共文化服务方面存在着农民工对公共文化服务的认同度不高、企业资金投入不足、培训内容狭隘和社区文化氛围缺失、活动单调等问题。结合苏州市实际情况,提出切实可行的满足农民工文化需求的路径。Through questionnaire survey method, we find that there are many problems in public cultural serv：ices for mi- grant workers in Suzhou. For example, migrant workers don＇ t identify with public cultural service, the funds devotion of enterprises is shortage and training content is narrow, and there are few cultural activities in the community. Based on de- tailed discussions of these problems, we study the actual situation in Suzhou, and then try to offer some feasible sugges- tions for realizing migrant workers＇ cultural needs.
