基质 炼苗 季节对铁皮石斛试管苗假植的影响

摘　　要：研究了炼苗和不同基质以及季节对铁皮石斛组培苗假植成活率和生长的影响。结果表明:于春季移栽,经过炼苗,选用苔藓:泥炭土:珍珠岩3:1:1为基质,铁皮石斛组培苗假植成活率达95%以上。The test determined the effect of plant training , different media and season on temporary planting survival rate and growth. The results showed as follows ： through plant training , transplanting in spring and moss 3 ＋ peaty soil 1 ＋ per- lite 1 by volume for temporary planting of test - tube seedlings of Dendrobium , the survival rates were above 95% and the seedling grew better.
