温度和盐分胁迫对耳叶补血草种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：利用控制试验研究温度和盐分胁迫等生态因子对耳叶补血草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,耳叶补血草种子萌发的最适温度为25～30℃。盐胁迫对耳叶补血草种子的萌发均有明显的抑制作用,随着盐浓度的增加,萌发率和萌发速率下降。在适宜萌发温度下,耳叶补血草种子萌发的耐盐极限值为0.4 mol/L。The adaptability of Limonium otolepis seed to ecological factors was studied by the effects of different temperature and salt stress on the germination characteristics.The results indicated that the optimal germination temperatures was alternating temperature at 25 ～ 30℃ for Limonium otolepis.The salt stress significantly inhabited the germination of Limonium otolepis With the increase of concentration.The germination percentage and germination rate decreased with decreasing.The extreme values of salinity tolerance of Limonium otolepis are 0.4 mmol/L.
