脊柱骨盆固定治疗骶骨骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱骨盆固定术对骶骨骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2011年12月—2013年1月,经治疗有完整资料及获得随访骶骨骨折患者32例。均采用骨盆前环开放复位内固定,骶骨后路脊柱骨盆固定术。结果 2例出现前侧切口脂肪液化,1例出现后侧切口部分浅表坏死,经换药后愈合。术后随访6～72个月,按Mjeed疗效评价标准:优21例,良8例,可2例,差1例。结论脊柱骨盆固定术能有效复位、固定骶骨骨折;骨盆前后环联合固定能提高骨折复位、固定的质量;若发现腰骶神经根损伤,宜早期手术减压治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of spine and pelvic fixation in the treatment of fractures of the sacrum. Methods A retrospective analysis in December 2011 to January 2013, after the treatment with complete information and follow-up of 32 pa- tients with fractures of the sacrum. Adopt open reduction and internal fixation of pelvic ring before, sacral posterior spinal and pelvic fLxation. Results 2 cases appear fat liquefaction of incision of the side, some superficial necrosis, 1 case appeared back in- cision healing after dressing change. Postoperative follow-up 6-72 months, according to the Mjeed curative effect evaluation stan- dard： 21 cases, 8 cases, 2 cases, 1 case. Conclusion Spinal and pelvic fixation is an effective reduction and fixation fractures of the sacrum; Pelvic ring joint before and after fixed can improve the quality of fracture reduction and fixation; If found lumbosacral nerve root damage, should be early surgical decompression therapy.
