骨苓通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨骨苓通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分成两组,每组30例,治疗组采用中医和解少阳法,口服骨苓通痹胶囊。对照组:口服天然硫酸葡萄糖胺提取物胶囊,两组分别治疗1个疗程。结果骨苓通痹胶囊治疗组疾病疗效和症候疗效总有效率分别为93.3%和96.6%(P<0.01);天然硫酸葡萄糖胺提取物胶囊对照组疾病疗效和症候疗效总有效率分别为76.6%和83.3%(P<0.01)。结论骨苓通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,广大患者大多能承受,可广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the bone Ling Tongbi capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine Shaoyang reconciliation method, oral bone Ling Tongbi capsule. Control group： oral natural glucosamine sulfate extract capsules, two groups were treated with 1 courses. Results Bone Ling Tongbi capsule treatment group curative effect of dis- ease and syndrome of total effective rate were 93.3% and 96.6% （P〈0.01）; natural glucosamine sulfate extract capsule controls disease curative effect and syndrome of total effective rate were 76.6% and 83.3% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Bone Ling Tongbi capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with obvious curative effect, the majority of patients are able to bear, and can widely popularize.
