血透室护理人员锐器伤的原因分析及防护措施

摘　　要：目的探讨血透室护理人员锐器伤的原因及防护措施;方法选取2010年12月—2012年12月的某市二级医院的500名护理人员为例,采用统计学分析调查学历、工龄、教育水平不同下的护理人员的锐器伤发生率;结果学历高的护理员锐器伤发生率明显低于低学历者,工龄在5年以上的明显低于工龄在1～5年的,工龄1～5年的模型低于工龄<1的;结论医院中锐器伤发生率较高,尤其是对学历低、工作经验缺乏者,应该提高防范措施,规范操作程序,遵守规章制度,减少锐器伤的发生。Objective To analyze the causes of nursing staff in hemodialysis room of sharp instrument injury and protective measures; Methods 500 nurses in two hospitals from 2010 December to 2012 of December as an example, using statistical analysis of incidence of nursing staff survey qualifications, seniority, education level under different injuries; Results the educated nurses sharp injury incidence was Significantly lower than low education level, length of service for more than 5 years was significantly lower than that in 1-5 years of age, length of service 1-5 model is lower than the length of 〈1; Conchesion discuss the hospital in sharp injuries occurred at a higher rate, especially for low academic qualifications, work experience lack, should improve the pre-ventive measures, standard operating procedures, to comply with the rules system, reduce the occurrence of sharp instrument injury.
