红花酒精用于预防化疗性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨预防化疗药物引起静脉炎的有效方法。方法对92例应用化疗药物的患者分观察组与对照组,每组46例。观察组在常规操作的基础上,在应用化疗药物静脉穿刺点部位上方1cm处向上沿静脉方向涂擦红花酒精2遍,范围5×20 cm,并使用保鲜膜覆盖,对照组仅按常规操作,然后进行统计学处理,比较两组静脉炎发生率。结果两组患者观察所得的计数资料,运用统计软件进行处理,差异明显(P=0.006),差异有统计学意义。结论红花酒精局部外用可以预防化疗药物引起静脉炎的发生,而且红花酒精配制简单,价格便宜,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective Looking for the prevention of chemotherapy induced phlebitis effective method. Methods The observation group and the control group in 92 patients with chemotherapy drugs, 46 cases in each group. The observation group in the conven- tional operation, upward along the vein direction with Honghua alcohol 2 times in the application of chemotherapy drugs venous puncture site lcm above, the range of 5x20 cm, and covered with plastic wrap, the control group received only routine operation, and then analyzed statistically, the incidence of phlebitis in the two groups. Results The two groups were observed for count data, processed using statistical software, significant difference （P=0.006）, with significant statistical significance. Couclusion Local ap- plication of Honghua alcohol can prevent chemotherapy drugs cause phlebitis, and Honghua alcohol preparation is simple, cheap, easy to use, it is worthy of clinical application.
