阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症与顽固性高血压的相关性探究

摘　　要：目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症与顽固性高血压的相关性。方法选取该院2011年8月—2012年8月心内科收治的86例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症合并顽固性高血压患者,给予所有患者经鼻持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗,2个月后,比较治疗前后患者的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、最低血氧浓度((LSaO2)、低通气指数(AHI)、氧减饱和度指数。结果 CPAP治疗前后患者的舒张压、收缩压、最低血氧浓度、低通气指数、氧减饱和度指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顽固性高血压与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征密切相关,改善患者的睡眠、降低患者的低通气次数和呼吸暂停次数,可以有效改善患者的病情。Objective To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and refractory hypertension objective. Methods In our hospital in 2011 August -2012 year in August the Department of Cardiology in our hospital, 86 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in patients with refractory hypertension, all patients were given nasal continuous posi-tive airway pressure （CPAP） treatment, after 2 months, compared before and after treatment in patients with diastolic blood pres- sure （DBP）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, the lowest oxygen concentration （LSaO2）, hypopnea index （AHI）, oxygen desaturation in- dex. The results of CPAP before and after treatment in patients with diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, the lowest oxygen concentration, hypopnea index, oxygen desaturation index have obvious difference, P〈0.05, there was statistical signifi- cance. Conclusion Refractory hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome are closely related, improve the sleep of the patients, lower ventilation frequency and respiratory patients pause times, can effectively improve the patient＇s condition.
