摘　　要：目的探讨外科护理中人性化护理的对策,提高护理水平。方法通过对该院自2010年1月—2012年1月就诊的200例患者,进行问卷调查,分析出我院外科护理中的人性化护理的满意程度。结果通过该院全体外科护理人员的共同努力,人性化护理的满意程度达到99%。结论人性化护理可以有效缓解患者对疾病治疗的紧张情绪,通过人性化护理,从而有利于患者病情的康复。Objective To investigate the humane care in surgical care measures to improve the level of care.Method Described humane care in our hospital since 2010. Results Through the joint efforts of all surgical numes in our hospital, humane care satis- faction reached 99%. Conclusion Humane care can effectively alleviate the tension of the patients on the treatment of disease, humane care, thus contributing to the rehabilitation of the patient＇s condition.
