骨外伤患者开展心理干预对其负性情绪的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究骨科外伤患者开展综合心理干预措施对其负性情绪的影响,并为临床开展心理治疗提供依据。方法选取本市中西医结合医院骨外科于2010年4月～2013年3月收治的80例骨外伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。其中,对照组开展常规心理干预措施,研究组则实施个性化心理干预。两组患者均在入院24h和术前24h接受心理评定量表(MSSNS)测评。结果两组患者入院24h后MSSNS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者手术前24hMSSNS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨外伤患者开展个体化心理干预措施能改善患者负性情绪,且能提高患者对手术的耐受性,临床效果满意,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the influences of carrying out comprehensive psychological interventions on negative emotions in patients with orthopedic trauma and gain experience for the conduction of psychotherapy in clinic. Methods 80 patients with orthopedic trauma admitted into Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in our city from April 2010 to March 2013 were selected. By random number table, they were evenly divided into research group and control group. In the control group, the conventional psychological intervention was provided, while in the research group, the psychological intervention based on individualization was implemented. The MSSNS was tested in 24 h after admission to the hospital and 24 h before surgery in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in MSSNS score 24 h after admission to the hospital in both groups （P〉0.05）. But the MSSNS score in the research group 24 h before operation was superior to that in the control group with significant difference Conclusion Implementation of individualized psychological interventions can improve patients＇ negative improve their tolerance for surgeries and achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy, is worthy of further expansion. （P〈0.05）. emotions,
