孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬在小儿支气管炎中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬在小儿支气管炎中的临床疗效。方法将98例小儿支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组49例采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组49例在对照组基础上给予酮替芬治疗,观察两组的临床疗效和体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、干湿啰音消失时间。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,对照组为83.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间、干湿啰音消失时间及肺部喘鸣音消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿支气管炎能明显改善患儿的临床症状及体征,快速退热,缩短病程,减少住院时间,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen in treatment of bronchitis in children. Methods 98 children with bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in the control group were treated by the montelukast sodium,and 49 cases in the observation group were treated by the keto- tifen on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,body temperature recovery time,coughing disappearance time,wet and dry tales .disappeared time was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,while in the control group it was 83.67%,there was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）,the body temperature recovery time of the observation group,cough disappearance time,dry time and pulmonary rales dis- appeared department of wheezing were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with bronchitis, rapid cooling,shorten the course,reduce hospitalization time,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
