摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对首次血液透析直接穿刺患者舒适度的影响。方法将本院收治的146例行首次血液透析直接穿刺患者随机均分为两组,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者的舒适度及并发症情况。结果观察组患者舒适度明显优于对照组,且并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对首次血液透析直接穿刺患者采取综合护理干预可显著改善患者的舒适度,提高生活质量,减少血液透析过程中的并发症。Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions for improving comfort of first-time hemodialysis direct puncture patients.Methods 146 cases of patients in our hospital received the first hemodialysis direct puncture were selected,randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given usual care intervention,on the basis of usu- al care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,the comfort and complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results Comfort of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and complications were significantly less than those of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion In patients with hemodialysis puncture directly for the first time through comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly im- prove patient＇s comfort and improve the quality of life,reduce the complications in the process of hemodialysis.
