JJQ-7型乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨JJQ-7型乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症的临床效果及安全性。方法将60例乳腺增生症患者随机分成对照组30例和观察组30例,观察组给予JJQ-7型乳腺治疗仪治疗,对照组给予乳腺型曼吉磁贴治疗,观察两组患者每个疗程治疗后乳腺肿块的大小及个数、疗效及安全性,并采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者的疼痛度。结果治疗组患者的肿块个数及大小,在第3疗程治疗后与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第1疗程治疗后治疗组患者疼痛度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2疗程和第3疗程治疗后,两组患者疼痛度之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现任何严重的不良反应和不安全事件。结论 JJQ-7型乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著,安全无副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect and security of mastoplasia that treated with JJQ-7 type galactophore apparatus. Methods 60 cases patients with mastoplasia were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with JJQ-7 type galactophore apparatus,while control group were treated with breast type magnetic paste.The size and number of mass in breast,clinical effect,security and pain degree were observation. Results The size and number of mass in breast of observation group had significant dif- ferences compared with control group at third course （P〈0.05）.After 1 course of treatment the treatment group patients pain degree compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;2 period of treatment and 3 period of treatment after treatment,the comparison between the two groups of patients with pain degree,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;The difference of effective rate between two groups had statistical significance （P〈 0.05）.There were no adverse reaction and unsafe event during treatment period. Conclusion JJQ-7 type galactophore apparatus has significant efficacy and safety in treating mastoplasia.And it deserves further clinical applications.
