大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR中厚钢板研制与开发

摘　　要：主要就大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢板的技术条件要求、成分设计、工艺设计思路、力学性能试验结果、微观组织检验结果、焊接性能评价结果进行了分析和阐述。从产品最终性能来看,各项指标均达到或超过了标准要求,完全满足原油储罐用钢板的技术要求。钢板经SR处理后,强度、冲击等各项性能无明显变化。This paper analyzed and expounded the technical requirements, component design, process design, me- chanical properties, microstructure and welding performance of 12MnNiVR steel used for large storage tank. The performances of final product achieve or exceed the standards and fully meet the technical requirements of steel plate tanks. The strength, impact and other performance of steel plate did not change after SR treated.
