煤岩分析在炼焦生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：煤岩分析能够从微观上准确判断来煤情况及混煤比,通过对配煤反射率、显微组分体积分数及比例的测定指导炼焦生产,通过测定焦炭气孔率预测焦炭质量。根据煤岩分析结果指导进厂煤的合理堆放,为煤场信息和煤资源采购管理提供指导依据。Coal petrology analysis can accurately determine the case of coal and mixed coal ratio with microscope. The blending reflectance, maceral content and the percentage ratio were measured to guide coking production. Coke porosity can predict the quality of coke. The results of coal analysis can be consultant to purchase and pileup of coal.
