沙钢铁钢界面铁水包多功能化技术运行分析

摘　　要：通过对沙钢铁钢界面铁水包多功能化技术的铁水出准率、铁水包周转系数、铁水温降、尾包等生产数据的分析,研究了目前沙钢铁水包多功能化技术的运行特点和效果,讨论了铁水温降速率、铁水包保温性能、铁水包烘烤、尾包管理等概念性问题,提出了提高铁水包多功能化技术运行水平的途径,以体现该技术更加明显的优势。The operational performance and features of ＂hot metal ladle with function multiplication＂ in Shagang are presented,including analysis to the production data,like ladle filling weight accuracy,ladle cycling factor,temperature loss of hot metal,and last ladle etc.Operational issues are discussed,like HM temperature dropping rate,temperature preservation features of the hot metal ladle,ladle preheating practice,and last ladle management,etc.Improvements possibilities are proposed for higher benefits out of the ＂ladle with function multiplication＂ practice.
