摘　　要：炉缸侧壁2个部位热电偶监测温度出现异常偏高,给高炉的正常安全生产带来重大隐患,采用排除法正确分析了引起温度异常偏高的原因,进而采取定点灌浆的处理措施,使炉缸侧壁温度下降至合理水平,消除了影响高炉生产的重大安全隐患。The thermocouple data of two parts on heart sidewall were far away above the normal level,which was harmful for the safe production of the blast furnace.The cause of abnormal high temperature was analysied by elimination method.The grouting treatment at fixed-point controlled the temperature down to a reasonable level,and eliminated the hidden danger for normal production of the blast furnace.
