摘　　要：通过采用渣循环技术,充分利用除尘灰等措施,京唐公司在低成本生产上取得了突破,生产成本比常规冶炼大幅降低。通过采用一键式脱磷,一键式炼钢等先进技术,实现了铸机高拉速、恒拉速,铸坯质量大幅提高。同时,钢水洁净度水平逐步提高。By using technology of slag circulation and making full use of the dust,Shougang Jingtang steel company had made a great progress in low cost product.By using dephosphorization and steelmaking technology of ＂one key type＂,the level of high casting speed and constant casting speed of CCM had been holded.The slab quality had been improved too.At the same time,the cleanliness of steel improved step by step.
