摘  要:八钢C(3号)高炉(以下简称C高炉)喷煤系统采用三罐并列、双喷吹主管(一用一备)、双分配器直接喷吹工艺。通过采用多项先进技术,如:优化管道设计、支管检堵、支管自动反吹和关键阀门安全联锁等,实现了低阻损、低能耗、低磨损的全自动远距离直接喷吹,为C高炉实现"高产、优质、低耗、长寿"创造了良好条件。Pulverized coal injection system with three vessels in-parallel,double injection pipes(one in use and one for standby),double distributors had been established for C(No.3) Blast Furnace(hereinafter referred to as C Blast Furnace).Many advanced technologies such as injection pipes optimization,blockage detection and automatic purging for branch pipes,safety interlock for key valves had adopt to decrease the resistance,energy consumption and wear.The automatic pulverized coal injection system with long distance had been achieved to provide excellent condition for C Blast Furnace to realize high yield and quality,long campaign and low cost.
