摘  要:开平船板中存在很大的残余应力,导致切割下料和焊接后发生变形,这是制约开平船板广泛使用的瓶颈。对首钢开平矫直船板下料和焊接变形进行试验分析,试验表明通过采用合理的低残余应力开平船板的工艺控制技术来优化钢卷内的残余应力分布,使得首钢公司生产的开平矫直船板中的残余应力分布均匀,因此下料变形和焊接变形小,能满足生产的需要。The residual stress in uncoiling ship plate results in cutting and welding deformation, as a bottleneck when uncoiling ship plates are widely used in the shipyard. In this paper, the cutting and welding deformations of Shougang uncoiling and straightening ship plates are analyzed by experiments. The experiments have shown that through using the process control technology of lower levels of residual stress to optimize residual stress distribution in ship plate, the residual stress are evenly distributed in uncoiling ship plate produced by Shougang and the deform- ations of cutting and welding are small. Then it can meet the demand of the shipyard.
