摘 要:装载机由于使用环境恶劣,其连接件销轴损坏率高,每年的报废量大,如对其进行再制造修复,能够节省大量的资源和能源。通过各种修复工艺特点比较,选取适合修复销轴的方法。选取磨损量不同的销轴,基于修复前的检测结果,选用电弧喷涂和氧-乙炔火焰喷焊的工艺方法进行修复。研究了两种修复工艺方法以及修复后的处理过程,并对修复后的销轴进行性能检测和比较。结果表明,两种修复工艺均能使修复后零件达到新品的水平,并且通过氧-乙炔火焰喷焊修复的销轴表面硬度和耐磨性更好。Pins of loader are easily damaged under poor working condition,and most of them have been abandoned every year.Remanufacturing of pins can reduce waste of natural resources and energy source.The suitable repairing methods for pins are chosen with comparison of parameters of different meth- ods.In this research,pins with different abrasion loss were selected and remanufactured respectively by electrical arc spraying and oxy-acetylene flame spray welding based on testing dimension.Those two reman- ufacturing techniques and post treatment process after being repaired were introduced.Then performance of repaired pins were measured and compared with each other.Results indicate that both two remanufacturing techniques can make the scrap pins as new products ,but pins which are remanufactured in the way of oxy- acetylene flame spray welding have better abrasion resistance than the way of electrical arc spraying.
