摘 要:介绍了采用电动轮驱动的电动汽车一种纵向力优化分配方法。通过对轮胎的滑移和受力特点进行分析,得出了轮胎的最优滑移率。纵向力优化分配方法以滑移功率最小为优化目标,以车辆运动方程为约束,以驱动轮转速为优化变量,从而确定轮胎最优纵向力分配。用ModeFrontier建立了整车优化模型,优化结果显示在直线匀速行驶、加速行驶和转弯匀速行驶的工况下采用优化纵向力分配方法均减小了轮胎的滑移功率,从而提高了车辆驱动效率,为电动轮驱动汽车领域提供了新的节能思路。A new method of longitudinal force distribution of in-wheel motor driving vehicle aiming at energy-saving was introduced.The slip and force of vehicle tire was analyzed,and the optimal slip ratio was conducted.For the method,the optimal goal is the wheel slip power which is the product of longitudinal force and the slip speed,and the constraint equation is the vehicle motion equation,and the optimal vari- able is the wheel rotating speed.The optimal model was established using ModeFrontier.The results showed the distribution method decreases the wheel slip power.The driving efficiency was enhanced under the con- ditions of straight-line and cornering running at constant speed or acceleration^The work provides a new en- ergy-saving idea for in-wheel motor driving vehicle.
