摘　　要：在工程项目管理中决定了工程项目管理成效的关键因素之一即为工程项目的风险管理。本文结合BOT融资模式的工程项目的特点,以系统学与工程项目风险管理理论等理论为研究基础,通过分析其风险的产生历程,对BOT融资模式工程项目的风险进行识别与评价,提出了BOT融资模式工程项目业主方在不同工程项目阶段的风险应对。In project management determines the effectiveness of project management is a key factor in project risk management. In this article, BOT project financing mode features to the system of learning and project risk management theory and other theories for the study based on their risk by analyzing the production process, for the BOT project financing risk to identify and evaluate the proposed BOT Financing project at different stages of the project risk response.
